Terms of Use

Effective date: 12 August 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Ahmet Türk, operating as Main Thread Studios ("we", "us"), based in Türkiye, for the use of the Hobby Tracker app and this website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these terms. If you obtained the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the store's own terms also apply to your download and any purchase.

1. The Service

Hobby Tracker lets you track movies, TV series, books and games — your lists, progress, ratings, notes and the time you spend. Some features require an internet connection; some (cloud sync, the AI Assistant) require an optional account. We may add, change or remove features as the app evolves.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. You must provide a working email address to create an account. You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the account deletion page.

3. Your content

Notes, ratings and lists you create are yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and sync them for you — nothing more. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for anything except providing the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the Service: no attempts to circumvent usage limits or security, no automated bulk access to our servers, no use of the Service to infringe others' rights or break the law.

5. The Assistant

The AI Assistant produces recommendations generated by a language model from your own activity. Recommendations are suggestions, not statements of fact; occasional inaccuracies are in the nature of the technology. Assistant usage is subject to a monthly quota shown in the app.

6. Third-party content

Metadata — posters, descriptions, ratings, streaming availability — comes from third-party services including TMDB, Open Library, IGDB, OMDb and JustWatch. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Metadata belongs to its providers and may be incomplete or wrong; availability information is informational only.

7. Paid features

Hobby Tracker is currently free. If paid subscriptions or purchases are introduced, they will be offered and billed through the App Store or Google Play under the store's terms, with prices, billing period and renewal terms shown before you buy. Any future paid terms will be added to this page before they take effect.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your statutory consumer rights.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (3, 6, 8, 10) survive termination.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country you live in. Disputes are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye, or where required, the consumer courts of your place of residence.

11. Changes and contact

Kullanım Koşulları

Bu koşullar, Hobby Tracker uygulamasının ve bu web sitesinin (birlikte "Hizmet") kullanımı için, seninle Türkiye'de yerleşik, Main Thread Studios adıyla faaliyet gösteren Ahmet Türk ("biz") arasında bir sözleşmedir. Hizmeti kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Uygulamayı Apple App Store veya Google Play'den edindiysen, indirme ve satın almalarında mağazanın kendi koşulları da geçerlidir.

1. Hizmet

Hobby Tracker film, dizi, kitap ve oyunlarını takip etmeni sağlar — listelerin, ilerlemen, puanların, notların ve harcadığın zaman. Bazı özellikler internet bağlantısı, bazıları (bulut eşitleme, yapay zekâ Asistanı) isteğe bağlı bir hesap gerektirir. Uygulama geliştikçe özellik ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabiliriz.

2. Hesabın

Giriş bilgilerini güvende tutmaktan ve hesabın altındaki etkinliklerden sen sorumlusun. Hesap açmak için çalışan bir e-posta adresi vermen gerekir. Hesabını istediğin an uygulamadan veya hesap silme sayfasından silebilirsin.

3. İçeriğin

Oluşturduğun notlar, puanlar ve listeler senindir. Bize yalnızca bunları senin için saklamak ve eşitlemek için gereken sınırlı izni verirsin — fazlasını değil. İçeriğin üzerinde mülkiyet iddia etmeyiz ve onu Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatılan şekilde Hizmeti sunmak dışında hiçbir şey için kullanmayız.

4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Hizmeti kötüye kullanma: kullanım sınırlarını veya güvenliği aşma girişimi yok, sunucularımıza otomatik toplu erişim yok, Hizmeti başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmek veya hukuka aykırı davranmak için kullanmak yok.

5. Asistan

Yapay zekâ Asistanı, kendi aktivitenden bir dil modelinin ürettiği öneriler sunar. Öneriler birer tavsiyedir, olgu beyanı değildir; ara sıra yanlışlık bu teknolojinin doğasındandır. Asistan kullanımı, uygulamada gösterilen aylık bir kotaya tabidir.

6. Üçüncü taraf içeriği

Meta veriler — posterler, açıklamalar, puanlar, yayın platformu bilgisi — TMDB, Open Library, IGDB, OMDb ve JustWatch dâhil üçüncü taraf servislerden gelir. Bu ürün TMDB API'sini kullanır ancak TMDB tarafından onaylanmış veya sertifikalanmış değildir. Meta veriler sağlayıcılarına aittir; eksik veya hatalı olabilir, yayın bilgisi yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlıdır.

7. Ücretli özellikler

Hobby Tracker şu anda ücretsizdir. Ücretli abonelik veya satın almalar sunulursa, App Store veya Google Play üzerinden, mağazanın koşullarıyla; fiyat, faturalama dönemi ve yenileme koşulları satın almadan önce gösterilerek sunulur ve faturalanır. Gelecekteki ücretli koşullar yürürlüğe girmeden önce bu sayfaya eklenir.

8. Sorumluluk reddi ve sınırı

Hizmet "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut hâliyle", kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı güvencesi olmaksızın sunulur. Hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Hizmetin kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz; toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki on iki ayda Hizmet için ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, hukuken sınırlanamayacak sorumluluğu veya yasal tüketici haklarını sınırlamaz.

9. Fesih

Hizmeti kullanmayı istediğin an bırakabilirsin. Bu koşulları ihlal eden erişimi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Nitelikleri gereği ayakta kalması gereken bölümler (3, 6, 8, 10) fesihten sonra da geçerlidir.

10. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar, yaşadığın ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma kuralları saklı kalmak üzere Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri, gereken hâllerde yerleşim yerindeki tüketici mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

11. Değişiklikler ve iletişim

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; güncel sürüm her zaman yürürlük tarihiyle bu sayfada bulunur. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur. Sorular: support@mainthreadstudios.com.
